The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are super nice and ready to help if needed. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. Coffee was always available and loved the espresso machine!!!||I will be staying there again.

The hotel is clean and pleasant. The rooms are nice. The layout of the room is user friendly. From the time I arrived to the time I left the staff were amazing. I somehow lost my key card. I forgot a couple things in the room. They loaned me a new key card to retrieve the forgotten items.

Booked a kong suite with a kitchen and was not disappointed! The room was immaculate, the kitchen nicely stocked with all the tools needed to cook a meal, and the bathroom even had a jetted tub! (It wasn't a soaker by any means, a normal size tub, but still, JETTED!!) The staff was very friendly, and the lady who cooks the omelets in the morning does an amazing job! Hands down our favorite place to stay.

Very nice property. Staff was very helpful. Property and the grounds were very clean. No doubt we would stay there again. .Breakfast was awesome. You can't beat the location. Easy on and off the highway.

The staff at this hotel with the exception of a couple are rude unfriendly and when you try to speak to them it's like you are an inconvenience. They also in the kitchen Suite have dishes but they inform you that if you take them that they will be charging you but they don't have everything in the room when you check in and when you try to let them know that there's items missing so you don't get charged they don't care and it's barely able to get a response from them. They treat you like you are a thief if you ask for extra towels. If you like liquid eggs for omelets and you're all set at their omelette bar they don't use real eggs they're gross by the way. Also when I checked in the floor in the room that I was put in had not been vacuumed. Could be a very good hotel if the room was clean all of the items on the list were in the room and the staff would actually make eye contact to you and actually be able to speak English. I think a lot needs to be desired and management to make this a good hotel. Next time I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

Dog friendly nice hotel in Prosser. |We came with dog and kid here. The indoor pool is 80degrees and lovely. Right next to the indoor hot tub. Towels provided and easy to use. |Only thing to know is most rooms are in a different building …

this was perfect for our wine tasting weekend. the hotel is very modern and clean. spacious rooms with fridge and Keurig. the breakfast was way way better than we expected and even had a cook making omelets to order. ample parking..

Not the worst suite I've stayed in. The two room was great for travels with two toddlers. I only rated the service 4 stars because I think the staff was under a lot of stress trying to get the first responders rooms because of the local fires. The staff wasn't really too interested in formalities, just getting me my key card.
